Monique and Jermaine started this journey not just as a couple with big dreams, but rather, with a blueprint that could some day potentially revolutionize the Real Estate Industry.

Before JMVI Realty, Mr. Jermaine Rhudd was 8 years an Attorney-at-Law having spent the earlier parts of his career at the Criminal Bar and thereafter, as a Conveyancing and Corporate Guru with the Law Firm of Rhudd & Associates.

With the introduction of Antigua’s Citizenship by Investment Program. Mr. Rhudd became the youngest Licensed CIP Agent in the Country and began assisting HNWs on a path to mobility all while funding their first Venture Company, JM Ventures Inc where he sits as Chairperson.

Recognizing the unwavering duty of service to Country, Jermaine Rhudd was in 2017 appointed by the Governor General and assigned to the Ministry of Justice & Legal Affairs where he served in the capacity of Deputy Registrar of Lands in Antigua & Barbuda.

Jermaine is a proud Rotarian of 5 Years, leads the Legal aspects of Management with the Nolan Hue Inc. a Professional Development Foundation for youth, and continues to give back to his Alma Mata, the St. Joseph’s Academy, through service on the Board of Directors.

His Co-Founder Monique Sylvester qualified in Business Administration in the United States of America. Upon returning to Antigua, her career quickly led her on the path to Financial Management becoming employed over the space of 9 years in the Accounts Department of two leading Real Estate Development Companies. Monique became QuickBooks certified as of 2018 and thereafter quickly scaled the corporate ladder to the Position of Finance Director and Corporate Secretary within the Company.
